    Situation Analysis & Objectives – Dynamic Q&A sessions with you/ your leadership team and our CMO4 team to identify your core issues and determine your marketing objectives. The amount of Q&A sessions depends on the situation and information needed. Deliverable: Situation Analysis and Marketing Objectives for your feedback and approval.
  • Days 8-15
    Competitive Analysis & Strategy Sessions – We delve into a rigorous competitive analysis (SWOT) to benchmark your position against your top competitors. This phase includes two 2-hour strategy sessions by our CMO4 team. Although you will not attend these sessions, you will be asked to make your team available to answer any questions we have during these sessions.
  • Days 16-30
    Strategic Plan Outline Presentation – You will receive a preliminary outline of your strategic marketing plan. This presentation is designed for feedback, allowing you to ask questions with our CMO4 team.
    Strategic Plan Summary Presentation – We will present your more detailed summary of your Marketing Plan – Situation Analysis, Marketing Objectives, Planning Constraints, Strategies, and Rough Tactics. This stage is another opportunity for feedback to refine and perfect your plan.
